
Customer Success Manager
Alex joined Bruce & Butler in 2026 as Customer Success Manager, working closely with clients to ensure they get trusted support and value from the services they receive. With a background spanning revenue operations, finance, and portfolio administration, Alex brings a structured, data-led approach to managing client relationships and improving delivery across the business.
He places real value on building strong working relationships, both with clients and internally. At the forefront is working collaboratively across teams to ensure everyone is aligned and supported. Alex is particularly interested in adapting workflows to scale, reducing friction between teams, and helping clients navigate compliance requirements in a way that feels proportionate and workable.
Known for being detail-oriented and commercially minded, Alex works best at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating information into insight and insight into action. He values the collaborative culture at Bruce & Butler and enjoys working across departments to support both clients and colleagues as the business continues to grow.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys football, walks in the Peak District, poker, and D&D. He’s also a keen reader, with a soft spot for classic literature. Whilst on the move Alex enjoys a variety of podcasts spanning Liverpool football club, comedy, pub quizzes and topical affairs.
